I have a passion for Real Estate. It is my overall objective to listen to my clients and assist them in accomplishing their goals. Although I have represented clients in the most vibrant markets of Metro Atlanta, I have chosen to focus on the Midtown/Intown neighborhoods. I feel these areas have the most exciting properties, and stand to gain the most in the appreciating market to come. In my 20 years of living on and off in Atlanta I have lived in Virginia Highlands, Morningside, Candler Park, Inman Park, Emory, Old Fourth Ward, Ansley Park, and Midtown. I have watched these areas transform since 1972 when I moved here to attend Emory. I can uniquely look back and see the journey these markets have taken and I’m excited as to what’s in store for them.
I have a track record of success in my 7 years selling Real Estate in Atlanta. I am a Lifetime member of the Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producer’s Club and achieved top 1% status for sales in 2016. I am relentless in searching for the right homes for my buyer clients and providing valuable supporting information so they can be comfortable in their decision at the best price.
I provide valuable insight for my sellers in assisting them in properly positioning their home while being a skilled negotiator to insure they get the highest price with the shortest time on the market. In 2016, my listings took an average of 45 days to sell, well below market averages.
I look at homes with a builder’s eye, having designed and built my own homes and remodeled dozens of others. I see the potential in all homes and I have an uncanny feel for the “health and soundness” of a home. I believe that money is made when you “buy” the home, not when it is sold. My extensive experience as a real estate investor and working with investors adds another dimension to my experience, whether buying to flip or lease.
